» Operation Supervisor Salary: $800 – $1,000
Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Equivalent industry experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or FMCG operations.
• Experience in production planning, procurement, and inventory management.
• Experience using ERP systems; Unleashed is preferred.
• Knowledge of S&OP processes and food safety systems, including HACCP, GMP, and BRCGS.
