💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in HIS/EMR implementation and the Indian healthcare domain to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Gather and analyze business requirements
✅ Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
✅ Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders
✅ Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and implementation activities
✅ Document workflows and business processes
Required Skills:
Healthcare Domain (HIS/EMR preferred)
Requirement Gathering
BRD & FRD
User Stories
UAT/SIT
Jira (preferred)
Strong communication and analytical skills
