• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Marketing/Communications
• Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaigns & content creation
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Experience with brand management and marketing analytics
• Strong English communication skills
• Good project management and organizational skills
• Creative, strategic, and hands-on approach
