Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience in accounting, taxation, corporate compliance, or administration.
Good knowledge of Cambodian accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
Experience liaising with government authorities, including GDT, ACAR, MoLVT, and MOC, will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
Good command of both English and Khmer, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
A proactive team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.

We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant cum Admin Executive to join us in Cambodia. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns in compliance with Cambodian tax regulations.
Prepare and submit ACAR reports, payroll declarations, and other statutory filings accurately and on time.
Coordinate with the General Department of Taxation (GDT), Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR), Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT), Ministry of Commerce (MOC), and other relevant government authorities.
Handle company incorporation, business licensing, corporate registrations, amendments, and regulatory compliance matters.
Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
Provide administrative and operational support to management, headquarters, and clients.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
