Job description
- Experience: 3–5 years in HR and Administration.
- Compliance: Strong knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and statutory portals (LACMS, SICMS, FWCMS).
- Core HR: Hands-on experience managing recruitment and payroll.
- Admin: Skilled in daily office operations and document management and detail oriented.
- Language: Proficient in English.
- Mobility: Willing to travel between our Phnom Penh and Kampong Speu sites.

Recruitment and Selection
- Track departmental staffing needs and update the active job vacancies log in consultation with hiring managers.
- Draft clear job descriptions and person specifications based on specific structural role requirements.
- Publish job openings across various channels, including company websites, job boards, social media, and local recruitment networks.
- Screen incoming resumes against criteria, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Log applicant data in the tracking database to maintain a pipeline for future openings.
HR Compliance
- Audit daily company HR practices against Cambodian Labor Law and internal compliance checklists.
- Write official letters, employment contracts, internal memos, and mandatory documentation required for government labor inspections.
- Monitor government notifications regarding NSSF changes, seniority payments, and labor guidelines, surfacing updates to management.
- Compile and organize compliance files for internal or external auditors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Validate monthly payroll data by collecting, cross-checking, and consolidating timesheets and attendance logs from department heads.
- Reconcile overtime hours, incentive metrics, leaves, and deductions prior to final payroll processing.
- Resolve routine employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies, benefits allocation, and NSSF claims.
HR Administration
- Log employee leave tracking sheets, verifying accurate balances for annual, sick, and maternity leave in the system.
- Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows, which includes preparing welcome kits, conducting orientations, and routing exit clearance forms.
- File and organize physical and electronic employee personnel files using secure, standardized archiving methods.
- Procure office supplies and stationery, and schedule routine maintenance for office equipment.
HR Policy Roll-out & Implementation
- Distribute new or updated HR policies directly to staff and verify receipt across all departments.
- Answer employee queries regarding general HR guidelines and office administrative protocols.
- Organize logistics for company events, staff engagement activities, and internal training sessions.
HR Data Management & Initiatives
- Input clean HR data into databases, spreadsheets, or HRIS platforms within established deadlines.
- Generate standard monthly HR metrics reports, including attendance trends, turnover data, and staff headcounts.
- Execute data-cleaning tasks to advance ongoing HR digitalization initiatives.
