Job description
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Korean business community in Cambodia.
- Build relationships with Korean-owned companies, factories, trading companies, contractors, restaurants, and investors.
- Achieve annual sales and premium targets assigned by management.
- Conduct client visits and presentations.
- Participate in Korean business networking events and industry gatherings.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact point for Korean clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.
- Provide insurance consultation and product recommendations.
- Support policy renewals and retention initiatives.
Insurance Sales
· Promote and cross-sell all products related Korean clients
Service & Claims Support
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams.
- Assist clients in policy servicing matters.
- Support communication during claim notification and settlement processes.
- Facilitate translation and clarification of insurance requirements when necessary.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor Korean business activities and investment trends in Cambodia.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Provide periodic market reports and competitor analysis.
- Recommend business development strategies to management.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Korean Native only
- Fluent English communication
- Completed a Bachelor Degree is desired
