Position Summary

Location: Base in RGPPSEZ, Kambol, Phnom Penh;

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with manufacturing and LWD to identify strategic needs, initiatives, & key performance indicators related to competency building & sustainable performance.
• Enhance execution through comprehensive training programs and methodologies that align with industry best practices
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by inspiring employees to contribute innovative ideas for process enhancement
• Take the lead in operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Encourage and empower teams to actively participate in the implementation of best practices, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations based on assessments, offering valuable insights into operational strengths and areas for improvement

Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration/ engineering

Work History

• Import and Export or Logistics Management/Supply Chain Management for 3 to 5 years as a minimum

General & Technical Skills

• Good understand both of English specking & writing
• Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both local and English
• Microsoft Word & Excel (Advance level is a plus)
• Outlook, Microsoft Team
• SAP or other stock system
