Online Shop Manager

Job Description

Manage daily operations of the luxury online shop and e-commerce platforms.

Monitor product listings, pricing, stock availability, and online orders.

Develop online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.

Manage promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

Requirements

Experience in Online Shop / E-commerce operations.

Ability to manage Facebook Page, TikTok, and online sales platforms.

Ability to plan online sales promotions and marketing campaigns.

Strong skills in customer service and order management.

Ability to lead and supervise the Sales Team.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM 

Off Day           : Sun, Public Holidays
