Job Description:

• Handle international customer chats with professionalism
• Resolve customer queries with clear and effective communication.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality standards.
• Immediate joiners are only.
• Work From Office only.
• No general day shifts.
• Candidates who have attended a [24]7.ai interview within the last 30 days are not eligible
• Rotational shifts | 5 working days | 2 rotational weekly offs

Requirements:

• Education: PUC (12th Pass), 3-Year Diploma, Undergraduate, or Graduate (any stream).
• Freshers & experienced both are eligible
• Non-BPO (other domain) work experience will also be considered.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Age Criteria – 30 – 33 years max
