Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Create visual content for school events, campaigns, promotions, announcements, and internal communications.
• Maintain consistency with the organization's brand guidelines, including logos, colors, fonts, and overall visual identity.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Admissions, Academic, and Operations teams to understand design requirements.
• Edit and enhance photos, images, and other visual materials as required.
• Create digital content for Facebook, Instagram, websites, presentations, and other communication platforms.
• Prepare artwork and files for printing and ensure that designs meet required specifications.
• Support event-related design requirements, including backdrops, signage, certificates, invitations, and promotional materials.
• Review final designs for accuracy, quality, spelling, and alignment with brand standards.
• Keep up to date with current graphic design trends, tools, and digital content practices.
• Perform other design-related duties assigned by the manager.

Languages

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field

Work History

• Graphic design; experience in marketing for 1 to 2 years is preferred

General & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Able to communicate in English.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous design work is required.

Soft Skills

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop original design concepts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
