About the KYC Operations Analyst Role
The KYC Operations Analyst works with Relationship Management and Compliance teams to prepare, check and get approval for electronic KYC records of clients.
You will collect details from internal and external sources like company and regulatory websites, check Customer Identification Program (CIP) documents and make sure records meet local rules.
The work is detail-heavy and needs careful reading of company documents, ownership details, and regulatory information. You will learn how global banks apply rules to stop money laundering and how a small error in a client record can create risk for the bank.Employment opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare and approve electronic KYC records and appendices
- Create and maintain KYC records using internal and external sources
- Update system information and report progress to your supervisor
- Validate KYC and CIP documents for completeness and accuracy
- Make sure records meet local regulatory and BSU standards
- Maintain the BSU tool
