Job Description:

• Cognizant Walk-in Drive (International Voice) | Hyderabad
• PE – Customer Service – International Voice
• We are hiring for PE -Customer support and have scheduled a Walk-In Drive at Hyderabad office.

Responsibilities:

• Mandatory Domain Expertise – US Healthcare
• Experience Range -Fresher
• Shift timings – Night Shift(Expecting to be flexible as per BU discretion/Schedules)
• Mode of Work – Work from Office
• Notice Period -Immediate
• Additional expectations – Excellent Communications

Skills:

• Graduations – Any Art, Science, Commerce, pharma (2024, 2025, 2026 pass out)
• Not Eligible – BE / B.Tech
• Mandatory Skills – International Voice process
• Additional Skills Required (if any) -Versant
• Certification (if any) – NA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
