Sales Consultant

Bachelor's degree in management/marketing or related fields
At least 1 year experience in sales or fresh graduated student
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both spoken and written English
Team player, initiative, friendly, fresh, and service oriented
Knowledge of computer, Ms. Word, Excel and power point
Having a valid driving license s a plus

Identify the needs of customers and provide a sufficient resolution in order to fulfill customer expectation
Conduct frequent communication with customers by phone call, mail, and direct visit in order to build a strong relationship
Ensure minimum company sales target with high commitment
Update customer profits in the company database system
Ensure display in showroom is clean and create new ideas of showroom decoration when on showroom standby duty
Timely and accurately, produce daily report to supervisor
Understand and update competitor’s movement and propose any new ideas to gain sales
Join event, roadshow, or other idea to increase number of new prospector
Support colleagues as when necessary
Create your own digitals content to get more customer’s inquiry (leads)
Participate in all sales-related training and most of other assigned training by receiving at least average result
Provide customer high satisfaction through SSI evaluations and always do your best support solving customer problem if any
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
