Officer, Inventory Accounting

1. Education:

o Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields

1. Experiences:

o At least 1-year experience in Accounting

1. Skills and knowledge:

o Knowledge in accounting system, SAP is advantage
o Faster learner and willing to learn to new things
o Hard working and committed
o Good command of English (Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading)
o Good command of computer skill

Key Responsibilities

1. Update the stocks none commercial material (NCM) in the system and ensure that recorded stocks and the actual physical stocks are consistently correct.
2. Monitor and control the accuracy of stocks received, issued, returned and transferred between warehouses and production, and vice versa
3. Verify physical stocks balance of finished goods of all warehouses against the recorded stocks report prior to issuing inventories to production and warehouse
4. Monitor the consignment stocks with other approved customers to keep them updated and followed up
5. Conduct daily and monthly stocks reconciliation between sales report, stock movements, internal usage and any donations, if any, to ensure the accurate balance figures recorded
6. Lead physical stocks count, reconcile in ERP and warehouse report and work in liaison with relevant Functions to update daily and monthly stock reports to ensure the accuracy of inventory records
7. Work in liaison with production planning team and warehouse to alert the safety stocks level of finished goods
8. Provide accurate month-end closing inventory report in timely manner
