Sales Supervisor (Lubricant)

1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields.
2. At least 2 year experiences in Similar positions.
3. Excellent knowledge of communication and convincing skills.
4. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong initiative and continuous improvement mindset.
6. Strong time management and result-oriented toward the job.
7. Good at English proficiency in both written and spoken.
8. Proficiency with Micrsoft word, Excel & Power Point.

A. Sales Functions:

• Regular visit to customers to build & maintain strong relationships with both new & existing customers.
• Identify & create new customer for new oppportunities
• Introduce customers on products and services, highlighting how they solve customer problems through presentations & demonstrations.
• Maintan accurate records of all sales actvitites and sale results by weekly & monthly.
• Follow up with competitor activities, price movement & market informations.
• Prepare sales reports and work closely with manager to achieve target.
• Solve customer complaints & receive customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Check stock or UIO & follow up with new SO or demand.
• Follow up customers target & credits
• Propose new creative ideas to sales supervisor for sale impovement.
• To conduct others jobs as assigned by sales manager.

B. Team leadership & Management Functions:

• Lead, manage, & motivate a team of sales executive to achieve target.
• Assist in training new sales employee.
• Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales target.

C. Document Functions:

• Prepare Sales Order from customers.
• Daily input CRM activities plan and result.
• Prepare weekly & monthly result present to manager.
• Prepare and update customers' list correctly.
