-Main Responsibility:
End-to-End Recruitment Management
Lead the full recruitment cycle for international teaching and leadership roles from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates across departments.
Develop creative sourcing strategies using recruitment platforms, social media, networking and recruitment agencies while promoting the School’s brand to attract top talent.
Ensuring optimal headcount and coverage.
Keep track of hiring metrics such as the number of candidates interviewed or positions filled.
-Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
Track and analyze hiring data (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, turnover rates) to improve recruitment efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
Onboarding Support:
Help prepare onboarding documents and materials for new hires.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employees, assisting with orientation schedules.

Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Recruitment Support Experience:
Experience assisting with recruitment processes, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and handling interview logistics.
Exposure to sourcing candidates via different sources
Administrative Experience:
Experience in office administration or supporting teams with scheduling, document management, and data entry.
Proficiency in handling emails, phone calls, and organizing calendars or meeting schedules.
Customer Service/Client Interaction:
Experience in customer-facing roles is valuable for handling candidate inquiries and providing a positive candidate experience.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external candidates.
-Organizational & Time Management Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Experience prioritizing and maintaining attention to detail in administrative tasks.
Data Management & Reporting:
Experience in maintaining candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics
Knowledge of G Suit or Google Application

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within HR or recruitment.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
