Junior Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and records.
• Review sales, cash, expenses, AP and AR.
• Monitor daily sales and cash reconciliation from supermarket branches.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting reports.
• Check invoices, payments, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Assist with tax reporting and compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Coordinate with other departments and branches regarding accounting matters.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Supervise and support the accounting team.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail/supermarket or FMCG.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software and Excel.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good English communication is an advantage.
