Job Description:

• Mega Walkin Drive at HCL Tech for Non-Voice Process – Fresher – Walk in interview – 23th Oct 26 & 24th Oct 26 11 AM to 2 PM
• Designation: Process Associate
• Shift: Night Shift
• Location: Chennai
• Walkin Timing: 10 AM to 2 PM
• Venue Details: ETA 3, Sandhiya Infocity (Near Vivara Mall), Navalur
• HR Spoc: Dharani

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred. – Arts & Science
• BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply
• Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat support.
• Arts & Science candidates should be freshers, 2025 or 2026 pass-outs.
