Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- HR/Admin ဆိုင်ရာ Certificate ရရှိထားသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- HRလုပ်ငန်းတွင် (၃)နှစ်အထက်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အဖွဲအစည်းနှင့် ရေရှည်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- ဝန်ထမ်းခေါ်ယူခြင်း၊CVစိစစ်ခြင်း၊Interviewစီစဉ်ခြင်းနှင့်ရွေးချယ်ခန့်ထားမှုလုပ်ငန်း စဉ်များကိုကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
- ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏Attendance၊Leave၊Late၊Absenceနှင့်Overtimeများကိုစစ်ဆေးကြီးကြပ်ခြင်းဝန်ထမ်းကိုယ်ရေး
- အချက်အလက်၊ Personal File၊ Contract နှင့် HR Documents များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
- လစာတွက်ချက်ရန် လိုအပ်သော Attendance၊ OT၊ Leave နှင့် Deduction Data များကို စစ်ဆေးပေးခြင်း၊
- HR Manager / Admin & HR Manager မှ ပေးအပ်သော HR ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို ထိရောက်စွာ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
