About the Global PMO Systems Support Analyst Role
As a Global PMO Systems Support Analyst, you will monitor and resolve support tickets raised in Freshdesk for Salesforce and Kantata.
You will check system issues, user questions, data mismatches and process doubts, and fix them or pass complex ones to the right team.
You will track ticket status, resolution time and repeat issues so that the process keeps getting better.
You will write and update system documents, FAQs, knowledge articles and user guides.
