📣We are urgently looking for potential candidates to fulfill the position are as below:

Procurement Supervisor

1. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing.
• Manage PR, RFQ/RFP, quotation comparison, supplier selection and PO processes.
• Source, evaluate and manage local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery, MOQ and other commercial conditions.
• Coordinate tendering and contract management activities.
• Ensure procurement compliance with company policies, SOP, ISO 9001 and other requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records.
• Supervise, coach and monitor the procurement team.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, cost savings, delivery performance and overdue orders.
• Prepare procurement reports and provide recommendations to management.

1. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, - Logistics, Business Administration or related field.

3–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience.
1–2 years of supervisory/team-lead experience.

• Strong negotiation, supplier management and analytical skills.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, Construction or FMCG is an advantage.
• High integrity, accountability and transparency

⏱️Working hours: 8am-5pm
🗓Working days: Mon-Sat (Morning)
