Supervise the sales team and achieve sales targets.
Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
Maintain good relationships with customers and distributors.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order delivery.
Coach and motivate the sales team.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.
Ability to supervise and lead the Sales Team to achieve targets.
Strong customer relationship management and sales planning skills.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Working Hours : 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Off Day : Sun, Public Holidays
