### Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative **Junior Marketing Staff** to join our dynamic media and advertising team in Phnom Penh. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to build a solid foundation in marketing, campaign execution, and client coordination. You will work closely with senior marketers to support project delivery and contribute fresh ideas to our growing portfolio.

### Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including content drafts, visual briefs, and presentation decks.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and sales) to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery.
• Maintain and update client communication logs, project timelines, and reporting dashboards.
• Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to queries, and tracking engagement metrics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for client pitches.
• Prepare daily/weekly activity reports for team leaders and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

### Qualifications & Requirements

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• **Experience:** 0–2 years of marketing or advertising experience (internships and part-time roles count). Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
• **Skills:**
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• **Personal Attributes:** Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
