• Supporting teams by coordinating meetings and managing schedules to facilitate smooth operations
• Assisting in tracking, managing, and reporting on strategic initiatives and projects
• Conducting research and data analysis to discern patterns and provide insights
• Collaborating across lines of service to promote knowledge sharing and the use of digital tools
• Participating in project management support to align goals and optimize execution
• Applying AI fluency and AI-human collaboration to enhance operational execution
• Facilitating meeting coordination and promoting consistent execution across sectors
• Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and contribute to decision-making

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
