We are looking for Sale & Marketing Assistant in VCM branches: Yangon (2 posts), Kachin (1 post), Kayin (1 post), Mandalay (2 posts), Mon (1 post), Tanintharyi (1 post), West Bago (1 post), South Shan (1 post), North Shan (1 post), Naypyitaw (1 post),Ayeyarwaddy (1 Post),Magway(1Post),East Bago(1Post),East Shan(1Post)
• Solar / Construction Industry နှင့်ပတ်သက်သော Market Research ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းနှင့် Business Opportunity များရှာဖွေခြင်း
• Social Media, Referral, Business Network, Collaborator Channel နှင့် Customer Inquiry များမှ Sales Lead များရှာဖွေခြင်း
• Client, Developer, Consultant နှင့် Supplier များနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော Relationship တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
• Client Meeting, Negotiation နှင့် Business Discussion များ စီစဉ်တက်ရောက်ခြင်း
• Company Profile, Presentation, Brochure နှင့် Tender Document များပြင်ဆင်ရာတွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• Proposal နှင့် Project Requirement များအတွက် Engineering / Project Team များနှင့် Coordinate လုပ်ခြင်း
• Digital Marketing Activity များတွင် ပါဝင်ကူညီပြီး Company Service များ Promote ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
• သတ်မှတ်ပေးသော Business Development နှင့် Administrative Task များ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း

Requirements

• Business Administration, Engineering, Construction သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာရပ်များတွင် Diploma / Bachelor Degree ရရှိထားသူ
• Fresh Graduate များလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်
• Sales / Business Development Experience (၁–၂) နှစ်ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်
• Solar / Construction Industry Experience ရှိသူ ပိုမိုဦးစားပေးမည်
• Communication, Negotiation နှင့် Coordination Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ
• English Communication Skill (Written / Spoken) ကောင်းမွန်သူ
• Construction Industry တွင် သင်ယူတိုးတက်လိုစိတ်ရှိသူ
