Overview

We are looking for an Asset Care Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on keeping our systems reliable, supporting technical operations, and ensuring maintenance activities are carried out effectively and cost-efficiently.

Handle follow-up for Network SIM operations to ensure smooth connectivity.

Provide support for power rectification, resolving faults and maintaining stable supply.

Carry out technical troubleshooting to minimize downtime and improve system performance.

Support system configuration, including setup, updates, and compliance with standards.

Develop and manage local repair plans, coordinating with field teams for timely execution.

Monitor maintenance activities and prepare clear reports for management.

Contribute to cost control by optimizing resources and reducing unnecessary expenses.

Key Measures of Success: Timely resolution of technical issues, reduced system downtime, clear/accurate maintenance reports, and effective cost control.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EP, EC, MP, MC), Telecom Engineering, or a related field.

At least 2 years practical experience in asset care, maintenance, or telecom power systems.

Strong skills in troubleshooting, rectification, and system configuration.

Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Capable of creating clear and accurate reports with tools such as Excel, Gmail, PowerPoint, Power BI, RMS and Itower.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
