Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering in related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in retail or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and drafting techniques.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate with different departments such as QS, Procurement, and M&E Design.
• Good problem-solving skills to handle design-related issues during the project.
• Familiarity with local building codes and submission processes for regulatory authorities.

Job Descriptions

• Supports the design team by attending coordination meetings and developing shopping center layouts aligned with project goals.
• Prepares detailed architectural and interior drawings, assists with regulatory submissions, and coordinates with structural, M&E, and site teams.
• Ensures designs meet company standards, comply with local regulations, and supports material planning with QS and procurement.
• Assists in delivering shopping center design projects by preparing layouts and detailed drawings based on concept designs.
• Supports regulatory submissions, coordinates with structural and multidisciplinary teams, and attends design meetings.
• Ensures compliance with company standards and local regulations while contributing to material planning and resolving design issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Working Hours: 8:30AM-4:30PM

Holidays:  Sat & Sun, Public Holidays
