Job description
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is a plus).
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and online interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
- Handle inbound leads generated through digital platforms (website, portals, social media, campaigns).
- Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales/site team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Assist senior sales executives in closing deals.
- Provide timely follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on ongoing projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
