Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Description

1. Scope of working

The Senior UX/UI Designer is to Lead the design of intuitive, visually compelling web and mobile digital products by collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

2.Duties & responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end design: research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and developer handoff.
2. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes (Figma).
3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
4. Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
5. Partner with front-end/mobile developers (web, Flutter) to ensure precise execution.
6. Translate business requirements into intuitive UI designs.
7. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive design critiques.
8. Present design concepts and rationale to leadership and stakeholders.
9. Stay updated on UX/UI trends, accessibility standards, and platform guidelines (Material Design, HIG).

Job Requirements

1. Qualification & Requirement:

• Experience & Portfolio: 3+ years of UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio of web/mobile products.

(Nice to Have: Motion/micro-interaction design, WCAG accessibility knowledge, or prior fintech/edtech/SaaS experience.)

• Design & Tools: Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; solid grasp of interaction design and information architecture.
• Platforms & Systems: Experience designing for iOS, Android, responsive web, and component-based design systems.
• Technical & Research: Familiarity with front-end constraints (HTML/CSS, Flutter) plus hands-on user research/usability testing experience.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to thrive in an agile environment.

1. Working Days and Hours:

(HQ)

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:30pm
• Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

• Senior UX/UI Desinger: is based at the Head Office, inside Borey Peng Huoth The Grand Star Platinum.

• Senior UX/UI Desinger: works and reports directly to Application Development Supervisor
