Marketing Supervisor

Job Description

-Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to promote pesticide products in the market.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
-Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and email marketing.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and distribution, to ensure effective product launches and promotions.
-Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed.
-Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures to ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
-Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and agricultural organizations.
-Provide guidance and support to the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
-Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes related to pesticide products.
-Prepare marketing reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
-Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the pesticides or agricultural industry.
-Strong knowledge of pesticide products and their applications.
-Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
