Sales Executive

Job Description

Scope of working: The HoReCa Sales Executive is responsible for developing RIO Cocktail sales and distribution within the HoReCa channel, acquiring new outlets, managing existing customers, increasing product visibility, and achieving assigned sales targets. The position focuses on building strong relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels, cafés, clubs, lounges, entertainment venues, and other relevant outlets. Job Responsibility: 1. Sales & Target Achievement • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual RIO Cocktail sales targets. • Generate new sales opportunities and increase sales volume from existing accounts. • Expand RIO Cocktail distribution and outlet coverage. • Monitor sales performance by outlet, SKU, and territory. 2. New Customer Development • Identify potential HoReCa outlets. • Conduct regular outlet visits and introduce RIO Cocktail products. • Present product benefits, pricing, promotions, and commercial programs. • Open new accounts and develop them into regular customers. 3. Market & Competitor Monitoring • Monitor competitor brands, prices, promotions, new products, and activities. • Collect information about consumer preferences and market trends. • Identify new business opportunities. • Provide market feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams.

Job Requirements

• Education • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or related field is preferred. • Experience • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, beverage, alcohol beverage, HoReCa, food service, or related sales is preferred. • Experience with bars, restaurants, hotels, cafés, clubs, or entertainment venues is an advantage. Similar Cambodian roles specifically seek HoReCa/FMCG/beverage experience and customer networks. • Good Communication. • Time management and teamwork.
