Position Summary The Senior Compliance Specialist assists the Compliance Manager in monitoring Turkish regulatory requirements, conducting reviews, and ensuring adherence to internal policies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing AML scenario reviews and sanctions-related checks in line with regulatory requirements
• Obtain, manage, and maintain access/permissions for compliance data sources and reporting tools
• Generate and maintain compliance reports and data sets required by the compliance team and regulators
• Monitor Turkish regulatory updates and assess compliance impact on existing workflows
• Support internal and external audits with data, documentation, and analysis
• Maintain compliance registers, records, and case files
• Collaborate with the Compliance Manager on regulatory filings and ad hoc reviews

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, ideally in fintech, financial services, or crypto.
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills - proficiency in Excel, SQL, or compliance/AML tooling (e.g., Chainalysis, Elliptic, or similar)
• Ability to interpret and apply Turkish regulatory guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication (Turkish and English).
