• Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously across voice and non-voice channels
• Follow company/client processes and policies accurately and efficiently
• Maintain integrity and ethical conduct while managing sensitive financial information
• Demonstrate flexibility with shifts, weekends, and working hours
• Collaborate effectively as a team player

Infosys Walk in Eligibility Criteria:

Who can apply-

• B.COM/BBA/BBM/Bsc-Biology, Maths, Physic(Only graduates are eligible for Interview) and 15 Years (10+2+3) of qualification is mandate)
• No BCA/BSC/MBA/M.COM / BE/B.Tech/MCA
• Freshers can apply
• Drive is only forthose  who passed out of graduation in the year of 2023 /2024/2025 (All semester results should be declared)
• Language Proficiency in English & Hindi(written and verbal)

Who can’t apply-Hiring process guides

• Postgraduate students will not be considered for this current role opening
• If you have any work experience of 06+ months, you will not be considered
• Work experience and graduation year should not overlap

Preferred skill:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a good team player
• Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers
• Proficient with basic computer knowledge
• Excellent website research & navigation skills
• Should be good in reading/understanding/interpretation of the content
• Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable working night shifts (Rotational)
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills
• Should have good command over English Grammar and Fluency in English
• Should be able to manage outbound calls promptly, following the scripts when handling different subjects/scenarios
• Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
• Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of multitasking of voice & data entry
• No long leave in plan for at least next 1 year
• Work will be from office only ( No WFH)

Selection Process:

• Round 1- Aptitude Assessment (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM)-Pan card Mandatory
• Round 2- HR & Ops Screening Face-to-Face interview (01:00 PM to 04:00 PM)

2. Candidates to carry earphones or headphones to the hiring venue for in-person interviews. Personal Laptops not allowed in the venue .

3 .Please make sure that candidate must do register his / her application before attending the walk-in. Please mention Candidate ID on top of the Resume .
