Position Summary

Location: Sen Sok, Phnom Penh

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday

Serena Clinic is committed to providing mental health services and promoting mental health awareness. We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer & Motion Animator to join our team and develop engaging visual content for our digital platforms and communication materials.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, educational infographics, banners, posters, brochures, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• Create visual content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Develop 2D animations, motion graphics, animated text, visual effects, and short promotional animations.
• Produce educational graphics and animations about mental health, psychiatric conditions, treatments, and clinic services under appropriate clinical guidance.
• Design video thumbnails, covers, branded intros, outros, transitions, and internal communication materials.
• Maintain consistency with Serena Clinic's logo, colors, fonts, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and relevant departments to develop creative concepts and complete projects on time.
• Revise designs and animations based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field is preferred. A strong portfolio and relevant skills are essential.

General & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, or equivalent design and animation software.
• Strong skills in graphic design, 2D animation, motion graphics, typography, and visual storytelling.
• A portfolio demonstrating graphic design and motion graphics skills is required.
• Ability to create engaging social media content, educational infographics, promotional materials, and animated videos.
• Ability to transform mental health and medical information into clear, engaging visual content under appropriate clinical guidance.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the marketing team and other departments.
• Video editing skills and familiarity with social media content formats are an advantage.
