Duties & Responsibilities

• Tracking Air/Sea / Import/ Export shipment progress
• Monitoring shipment from loading to arrival in destination.
• All shipping advise/ Pre-alert with supporting docs are printed out and properly filed and accurate
• Ensuring that all shipments been handled with smooth situation for both import/export and special instruction
• Contact with carrier to get booking and release booking to customer
• Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with both clients and independent agents.
• Other jobs as required and assigned

Languages

• Chinese - Simplified - Good
• English - Good

General & Technical Skills

• Can Speak Chinese and English
• Previous related skills in Forwarding/ Shipping/ Logistics field
• Very Good command in English or Chinese
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills – Ms Word, Excel, Internet, email

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Work under pressure
