- Bachelor’s degree, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
- Good customer network and business development skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage
