Job Description:

• Customer Support Associate
• Have to resolve customers query through Voice Call/chat
• You can reach out to this number (8276063403) WP for further query.
• We are currently having openings in our Voice Process 100% Work from Office

Skills:

• Min Graduate
• Fresher & experienced both can apply
• Good verbal communication skill in English & Hindi
• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
• 9 hour of the day, 8hrs. work and 1 hour break
• Should have a typing speed of 25WPM with 90% accuracy

Selection Process:

• HR round – General check.
• Online Assessment
• Typing Test
• OPS round

Salary:

• Fresher – 1.75 Lacs CTC per Annum
• Experience – 2 Lacs CTC per Annum
