Project Sales Manager

Job Description

Position Summary

The Project Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business
opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading the project sales process for interior
design and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Build relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors and corporate clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with Interior Design, Procurement and Project teams.
• Lead and coach the Project Sales team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and sales forecasts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Interior Design, Furniture, Construction or Fit-out industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
