Responsibilities:
- Scale paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta).
- Manage a media buying team of 15+ people.
- Monitor budgets, CPL, conversion rates, and ROMI.
- Drive traffic acquisition across SEA, LATAM, and Africa.
- Test growth hypotheses and improve ad concepts.
Requirements:
- English B2+, Russian C1+.
- 2+ years of Head of Performance experience in iGaming.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills.
