Job Requirements

• B.E. or AGTI (Electrical / Mechanical Engineering).
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in M&E building construction, with at least 1 to 2 years in a Supervisory/Assistant PM role.
• Strong knowledge of Building MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting) and contract drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project); BIM/Revit knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, site coordination, and problem-solving skills under tight project deadlines.

Job Descriptions

• Assist the Project Manager in overall M&E site supervision, progress monitoring, and daily operations.
• Coordinate and manage site engineering staff, storekeepers, and sub-contractors to ensure work is executed according to project schedules and technical specifications.
• Oversee site documentation, including the timely submittal of M&E Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, Material Request Forms, and Method Statements.
• Represent the company in client and consultant coordination meetings, providing technical clarifications and progress updates.
• Monitor site material stock movement, issue slips, and quality control to prevent site losses and ensure safety compliance.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
