Job description
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or AR; experience in F&B or retail is an advantage.
- Familiar or experienced with accounting software / system.
- Strong attention to detail, Excel skills, and effective communication.
- Native Khmer and good English
- Prepare invoices for customers, outlets, and wholesalers with accurate pricing, tax, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile daily sales from cash collection, bank transfers, bank deposits, and POS reports.
- Review settlement statements from customers and partners, ensuring all fees and deductions are correct.
- Monitor outstanding receivables, update AR aging, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintain complete AR records and assist in month-end closing and reconciliation schedules.
- Ensure all AR processes comply with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
