Position Summary

Department: Sales & Marketing Department

Reports To: Supervisor / Digital Marketing Manager (or Sales & Marketing Manager)

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing MiE's digital marketing activities across all digital channels to increase brand visibility, strengthen online presence, and generate qualified leads.

The role oversees website management, SEO, digital campaigns, paid advertising, email marketing, analytics, and campaign performance while ensuring company content reaches the right audience through the right channels.

Duties & Responsibilities

• DIGITAL CHANNEL MANAGEMENT
• Manage the company's website, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.
• Recommend improvements to digital presence and user experience.

• WEBSITE & SEO
• Manage website content updates and landing pages.
• Implement SEO best practices and improve search visibility.
• Monitor website performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate website enhancements and improvements.
• DIGITAL CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
• Develop and manage the monthly publishing calendar.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and retargeting campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign schedules and digital content distribution.
• LEAD GENERATION & PERFORMANCE
• Execute lead generation initiatives across digital channels.
• Manage email marketing, newsletters, and outbound campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Manage advertising budgets and billing records.
• COLLABORATION
• Work closely with the Content Strategist to distribute content effectively.
• Coordinate with the Video Editor & Designer to develop creative assets.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and marketing insights.
• MARKETING CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
• Execute digital marketing activities supporting webinars, seminars, events, podcasts, public relations, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives.
• Manage digital promotion, audience engagement, and online campaign execution.

• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Probation Period: 3 months, with performance review upon completion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Work History

• Digital Marketing for 4 years as a minimum
