Senior Officer, Finance Transformation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Finance Process Improvement

• Analyze current finance processes and identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and document improved processes, controls, procedures, and workflows.
• Coordinate improvement initiatives, track progress, and escalate risks when required.

2. Finance Systems & Digital Solutions

• Gather business requirements for finance system enhancements and digital workflows.
• Support testing activities (UAT), defect management, and solution validation.
• Assist with system deployment, user support, access control reviews, and post-implementation stabilization.

3. Governance & Controls

• Maintain project documentation, process inventories, risk logs, decision logs, and action trackers.
• Support control design, testing, and remediation activities.
• Prepare governance reports on project status, process performance, and risk management.

4. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Assess change impacts and support communication and training activities.
• Develop user guides, procedures, presentations, and training materials.
• Collect user feedback and recommend actions to improve adoption and compliance.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Define and track KPIs, project benefits, and performance targets.
• Analyze operational and financial data to measure improvement outcomes.
• Prepare dashboards, progress reports, lessons learned, and recommendations for Finance leadership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, process improvement, finance systems, digital transformation, or project delivery; banking experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience supporting system testing, UAT, implementation readiness, issue resolution, or post-go-live support.
• Sound knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, financial reporting, internal controls, and process ownership.
• Working knowledge of business process analysis, process mapping, continuous improvement, and workflow automation.
