Position Summary

Employment Type: Full-Time (Mon to Sat)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA & QC Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring product quality, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting continuous improvement within the production process.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished pipes.
• Check pipe dimensions, appearance, and product markings.
• Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records.
• Report defects and follow up on corrective actions.
• Check testing equipment and support calibration.
• Work with the production team to improve product quality.
• Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or related field.

Work History

• QA/QC (manufacturing or plastic industry experience is an advantage) for 1 to 2 years as a minimum

General & Technical Skills

• A diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of QA/QC experience; HDPE pipe experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and HDPE pipe quality standards.
• Ability to use measuring tools and testing equipment.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Good communication skills in Khmer and working knowledge of English.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently with good communication skills.
