• Extensive plant level experience with significant proven supervisory experience
• Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Kaizen, lean manufacturing
• Experience of managing Profit & Loss responsibilities for manufacturing
• Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain
• Understanding of TS16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree level in a relevant commercial or engineering discipline or supply chain Management or Business Management
• 2+ years in supply chain management , procurement of operating and influencing at a strategic level
• Strong negotiation , communication , interpersonal and influencing skills
• Analytical , numerically astute with strong proven problem identification and solution abilities
• Results Orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
• Commercially and financially aware
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to influence other and lead small teams
• Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical industrial , Manufacturing Automotive or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 3 years in automotive/manufacturing supplier quality,supplier development , manufacturing engineering or technical purchasing with supplier audit and new-part launch experience
• Strong communication . analytical thinking , leadership, conflict resolution , project management , decision making under pressure , customer focus and ability to influence suppliers and cross-function teams
• Preferred : Automotive OEM/Tier-1 experience , IATF 16949/ISO 9001, Lean/5S/Kaizen , VA/VE, CAD/drawing review and Cambodian/ASEAN supplier development experience
