Position Summary

Location: Base in RGPPSEZ, Kambol, Phnom Penh

Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement Call compliance as per assign plan & route plan
• Modern Trade outlets coverage expansion (First to approach when there are new stores opening in own territory)
• Achieve monthly sales target as per given.
• Execute in stores activities with its effectiveness in assigned stores.
• Drive key SKU Product listing as per instruction from line manager
• Build strong business relationships with key customers.
• Well-known on assigned Territory and Know your customers
• Coordinate implementation of brand and trade program in the Modern Trade channel, quickly reacting against competitive threats if necessary
• Understanding industry market FMCG and competitors
• Ability to learn more, negotiation and communicate well with customers
• Positively deliver sales target
• Commitment and honesty

• Sales Career, Sales Field
• Ability to build good relationships with stakeholders
• Quick learner in term of process
• English (writing & speaking) or Chinese (if any)
• Office productivity (Word Excel)

• Good communication and negotiation skills / Good attitude & Patient
