GETC is looking for an experienced Young Learner ELT professional who is ready to move beyond teaching their own classes and help other instructors become better teachers.

Your Mission

Build a team of competent, caring and accountable instructors who consistently deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Your 3 Core Responsibilities

1. Observe & Evaluate
Evaluate instructors using our ASK Framework — Attitude, Skills & Knowledge.

2. Coach & Develop
Coach, mentor and train instructors individually and in groups.

3. Improve Teaching Quality
Strengthen lesson preparation, classroom practice and overall teaching effectiveness.
You Are Accountable For

Instructor Quality → Instructor Growth → Teaching Excellence

Success means there is measurable evidence that our instructors are becoming better prepared, more skilled, more knowledgeable and more accountable over time.

Requirements

• Strong English proficiency
• 5+ years’ Young Learner ELT experience
• Experience coaching, mentoring or training teachers
• Strong ELT/TESOL knowledge and teaching skills
• Cambridge English experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership, integrity, accountability and growth mindset

Benefits

Location: Yangon — GETC Branches

Working Days: 2 Days per Week

Working Hours: 30 Hours per Week including scheduled weekend academic operations

Salary: MMK 2,000,000- 2,500,000 / Month + Performance-Based Rewards
