*Requirements

• Proven CFO or Senior Finance Leadership experience within real estate, property development, property management, investment, or related industries.
• Strong accounting and financial management expertise, with the ability to maintain accurate books, oversee AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and ensure audit-ready financial records.
• Deep knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations and GDT compliance, including preparation of monthly and annual tax filings and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization, with a track record of identifying efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Experience managing audits and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, regulators, banks.
