LINE Pay is an integrated online and offline payment platform under LINE MAN Wongnai and LINE Thailand, following the acquisition in August 2023. LINE Pay offers seamless payment services, including an easy and secure digital wallet, and quick on-the-go payment options for purchases, money transfers, or top-ups. LINE Pay services can be utilized within public transportation, for purchasing goods and services from partner brands, as well as for various utility bill payments.

What You'll Do:

  • Validate, investigate, and resolve complex payment issues and discrepancies, ensuring high processing accuracy and prompt resolution for escalated cases
  • Perform a reconciliation of payment transactions across various channels and proactively resolve systemic unmatched cases on a daily basis
  • Monitor payment system performance and transaction flows to identify abnormalities, coordinating with technical teams and external partners to resolve service disruptions
  • Act as a subject matter expert on payment services to troubleshoot and resolve intricate operational challenges with both internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Support the execution of operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payment workflows efficiency
  • Maintain and update operational SOPs and process documentation to ensure standardization and compliance with internal controls
  • Serve as the primary contact for managing unexpected payment incidents, including providing support during weekends or holidays as necessary to ensure service continuity


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of working experience in payment operations, fintech, or financial services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data handling is a must
  • Familiarity with AI tools and basic coding (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python) for productivity enhancement or process automation is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of financial and technical discrepancies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work on a provided schedule, including weekends or unusual hours to handle urgent incidents
