Job Purpose
This role exists to drive sales growth and operational excellence through effective management of dealers, agencies and Smart Shops. It ensures smooth coordination across sales, marketing, and support functions to deliver business objectives efficiently. The position focuses on expanding distribution, im-proving dealer engagement, optimizing budgets, and maintaining ac-curate sales and stock operations. By implementing incentive programs, tracking performance, and ensuring strong brand presence in the market, this role supports revenue growth, customer acquisition, and the overall success of Smart’s sales channels and market expansion.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams; B2C; CLM; Marcom; Legal; HR; etc. for a smooth rollout of strategic campaigns and updates.
- Ensure refill stock is available for all Sales Teams and Smart Shops to prevent out of stock situations.
- To ensure the accuracy of stock on hand for each team by performing timely stock counts.
- To monitor and reconcile stock movements, investigate stock variances, and ensure inventory records are accurate.
- To prepare and maintain stock reports using Microsoft Excel and provide timely updates to management.
- To ensure proper documentation and tracking of stock transactions, transfers, and replenishments.
- To coordinate with relevant teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stock shortages.
- To ensure accountability for stock
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Channels sales, B2C sales operations or a similar environment
Experience of working collaboratively with diverse range of stakeholders at all levels including senior management and key professional staff cross-departmentally, to achieve successful out-comes - Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Advance Excel (Pivot, Look Ups etc.)
- Excellent project management and cross-departmental coordination skills.
- Good in writing and speaking English
- Project management, be able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Understanding telecom rules and regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to establish work relationships and communicate effectively with staff, at all levels including senior management
- Proactive, passionate, self-confident, innovative, quality-oriented
